Service Interruptions and Cancellations: While we strive to provide uninterrupted service, occasional technical issues or maintenance may cause temporary disruptions. These interruptions do not entitle customers to refunds or credits. If you choose to cancel your subscription, access to services will continue until the end of the paid billing period, but no refunds or partial refunds will be issued for the remaining time.
Billing Errors: If you believe there has been an error in billing, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will investigate the issue and correct any confirmed errors promptly. However, this does not alter the no refund policy for services already rendered.
Changes to Service Plans: We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service plans or packages at our discretion. If changes are made, we will inform customers accordingly, but these changes do not qualify for refunds.
Disputes: In case of any disputes regarding payments or services, please contact our support team. We will work to resolve the issue fairly; however, refunds will not be provided.
